This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Gurho Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for the use of the Hakma, Taleem, and HakmaQuiz mobile applications (collectively, "the Apps" or "Software"). Hakma, Taleem, and HakmaQuiz are all products of Gurho Inc., and this EULA applies equally to all three apps.
By downloading, installing, or using any of the Apps, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not download, install, or use the Apps.
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Gurho Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the Apps on mobile devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

The Apps, including all content, features, functionality, graphics, animations, audio, text, and software, are owned by Gurho Inc. and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand names.
The Apps contain Islamic educational content including stories, lessons, quizzes, and interactive materials designed for children. All content is reviewed by Islamic scholars for accuracy and appropriateness. While we strive for educational excellence, we encourage parents and guardians to engage with children about the content and teachings presented.
Some features of the Apps may require a subscription or in-app purchase. By purchasing a subscription:
Our Apps are designed for use by children under parental supervision. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with applicable children's privacy laws, including COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act). Our Apps contain no third-party advertising, no social media features, and no external links. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about our data practices.
Gurho Inc. may from time to time provide updates, upgrades, bug fixes, or other modifications to the Apps. These updates may be required for you to continue using the Apps. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Apps or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
THE APPS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GURHO INC. DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL GURHO INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APPS.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Apps and delete all copies from your devices. Gurho Inc. may also terminate your access to the Apps at any time for any reason.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

This EULA, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Gurho Inc. regarding the use of the Hakma, Taleem, and HakmaQuiz apps and supersedes any prior agreements between you and Gurho Inc. relating to the Apps.
